A new website is to be developed for Westfield shopping centre, having appointed Birmingham creative agency Tomorrow People to handle the project.

The Birmingham agency has been tasked with developing a new website for the centre to highlight its West London site, following a three-way-pitch against two London agencies.

Tomorrow People was briefed to create a bespoke online presentation which would showcase the centre to potential clients and to deliver both design and video for the site, while also developing all of the programming and created a content managed online presentation which aims to give the centre’s potential clients a virtual experience of Westfield.

Bill Giouroukos, director of operations for Westfield, commented: “In a hugely competitive market place it is essential to use innovative and visually impactful marketing material. The system, developed by Tomorrow People, allows us to create bespoke presentations which feature interactive video, specifically targeted to each client to demonstrate the opportunities which exist within our sales and commercialisation space.”

The site highlights event space opportunities as well as the possible use of digital screens and media while the content management system allows the centre to customise its presentation depending on client or sector, each of which will be given its own URL, login and password, alongside the use of individual graphics, statistics and case study information.
