Factor 3 develops Andrews Estate Agents campaign

A brand advertising campaign to promote Andrews Estate Agents has been developed by Factor 3.

The Cheltenham ad agency created the campaign having been appointed to the Andrews Estate Agents advertising roster, with the campaign aiming to communicate the benefits of using the company’s letting service and will target landlords.

Based on the concept; ‘Property stories better told and sooner sold’, the campaign is running across property media, outdoor sites and national letting websites, supported by by digital DM and branch collateral. Specific target areas include London, Surrey and Sussex.
