Connect launches premium publication for ESPC

Communications agency Connect has released a new publication for the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre.

Launched this month, 'Premier Living' is a 52-page magazine aimed at Edinburgh's most affluent homeowners. With suitably stylish design by Connect's team, it contains a mix of articles about homes and interiors, including tips on design trends and listings of properties (all above £500,000) for sale.

The magazine also carries adverts, sold by ESPC’s in-house sales team, from some of Edinburgh’s most exclusive shops and brands.

The first issue presents ESPC's perspective on the premier property market in addition to articles from renowned property and interiors journalist Beverley Brown, and contributions from Connect's writers.

20,000 copies of the magazine, which is free, will be delivered to the most exclusive postcodes in and around Edinburgh. It will also be available in upmarket venues such as health clubs, plus the ESPC showroom and offices of ESPC member firms.
