theEword's Mason takes social media role at Delineo

Tom Mason, formerly social media manager at theEword, has joined fellow Manchester agency Delineo as social media campaign manager.

Former journalist Mason joins the marketing agency as it outlines ambitions to grow its digital revenues from 38% to 50% of its income over the next 18 months.

David Prior, head of digital marketing at Delineo, said: “Tom’s unbridled passion for social media and the written word made him the outstanding candidate for this role.

"It’s fantastic to have him on board and is a clear signal of our digital ambition going forward.”

Before theEword, Mason worked on regional publications including The Magazine and YQ Magazine.
