The Early Learning Centre has worked with Milton Bayer to create a website for Swampsterz, the store's new collectable toy range.

The swamp monster toys are aimed at children between the ages of three and seven and the site built by Milton Bayer lists the muddy, smelly traits of each of the 16 colourful characters.

It also features interactive games, such as a 'whack the Swampsterz' challenge, and downloadable content including word searches, colouring and drawing packs, wallpapers and avatars.

Natasha Knight, head of digital at Northampton-based Milton Bayer, said: "This is a range to really fire the imagination of a slightly older audience than Early Learning Centre’s core demographic.

“We had two distinct objectives of the site. One was to deliver sticky content that helped build loyalty and increased dwell time The other was to deliver content that met Early Learning Centre’s core objective of creating entertainment that helps children develop vital skills.”

Milton Bayer's latest work with the Early Learning Centre follows the window displays and point of sale materials it designed for the children's store earlier this year.

The agency has also designed the Swampsterz pages in the Early Learning Centre catalogue.
