Yorkshire agency Purebrand has hired David Nutter, formerly of Home, as its new client services director following a "string of account wins".

Nutter had been at Leeds marketing group Home for five years, latterly as online project manager for its web operation Homepage Digital.

He has worked on campaigns for Jet2.com, Russell Hobbs and Holland’s Pies and will work with clients including Leeds City Council, Visit York, Eddisons and OCS at Purebrand.

"I'm looking forward to working with Purebrand’s client list of national and multi-national brands and being part of exciting plans for the future," Nutter said.

"I hope to bring a lot to the table in terms of making sure our clients get the best service, as well as helping the business to grow.”

Joining Nutter in the client services team is Leeds University graduate Annabel Varley, who becomes an account executive after a three-month internship with the agency.

The appointments follow several recent account wins for 10-year-old Purebrand, including the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, anti-doping organisation UK AD, developer St James Securities and Continuum, which has appointed the agency to promote its Edinburgh-based visitor attraction The Real Mary King’s Close.

It has also been enlisted by data marketing company, Callcredit Information Group, to help rationalise and communicate its core brand proposition.

The agency recently moved to new offices in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, to "accommodate growth and plans for continued expansion".
