Tristan Morris, a former board account director at Frank the Agency, is one of three new recruits at One Marketing Communications after joining the Manchester agency as group account director.

Morris, who spent 10 years at Frank before its closure in February, will have client services responsibility across One's portfolio of advertising clients.

He said: "It’s great to be part of an integrated agency that is producing effective, creative and relevant work for its broad consumer and B2B client portfolio."

The group account director position was previously held by Wayne Silver who will now focus on the role of new business director.

The team's other new arrivals are account manager Martin Dixon, who will work on the BCGXL business, and graphic designer Howard Reeves, who has moved from Aylesworth Fleming.

One's managing director, Greame Wood, said: “We are delighted to welcome these three talented individuals to the team at One.

"This is an exciting time for the agency as we continue to successfully move forward with our philosophy of offering our clients highly skilled, motivated and expertly trained teams who product great marketing campaigns."

The new arrivals take the agency to 30 staff at its Manchester office, where it works with clients including United Utilities, Franke UK, Hoover Candy and Britannia Building Society.
