Winter Olympics organiser joins UK Event Awards judges
A new international events expert, who played an integral part in staging last year's Winter Olympics in Vancouver, has been signed up to sit on the judging panel for the UK Event Awards, which takes place for the first time this year.
Joining the panel is Claire Smith who has built a strong career as a leader in the global meetings industry over the last 20 years. As the Vice President, Sales and Marketing at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Claire is responsible for strategic business development, leading and directing the sales and marketing team, as well as positioning the facility in the global marketplace.
