Baird takes on role of head of communications at Scottish Government
Andrew Baird has taken over from Sarah Davidson as head of communications at the Scottish Government.
Davidson has moved to become director of policy for public service reform and will be succeeded by Baird, who was previously head of news.
He will be tasked with leading all of the Scottish Government’s Communications teams across media relations, marketing, public relations, corporate and digital, and will also take on the role of specialist head of profession while reporting into Davidson.
