British Airways to launch summer sale marketing campaign

British Airways has launched a marketing campaign which aims to celebrate all things that people love about holidays.

The poster campaign ‘Hooray for Holidays’, created by Bartle Bogle Hegarty, features lilos, flip-flop tan lines and snorkels, and will run across Gatwick and Heathrow airports from 14 July.

Ahead of the summer holiday getaway, British Airways has launched a new campaign to celebrate all the things people love about holidays.

Posters for the Hooray for Holidays campaign featuring lilos, flip-flop tan lines and snorkels will be splashed across Gatwick and Heathrow airports from July 14.

The campaign will highlight the company’s July sale including more than 80 destinations with dates ranging from 15 July to 31 March 2011.

Abigail Comber, brand proposition and insight manager for British, explained: “We understand the excitement and anticipation of holidays and this campaign captures the mood. We want our customers to understand that British Airways is part of the experience and not just about getting there.”
