A broadsheet poster promoting two creative summer schools has been designed for Historic Royal Palaces by Silk Pearce.

The poster, which folds into an A5 brochure, follows the agency’s previous work with the charity, having designed ‘The Taste for Fire’ book, which looked at Tudor cooking in the kitchens at Hampton Court Palace.

The A2 summer school posters use a combination of colours, images and illustrations as it aims to reflect the individual characters of its two programme of events.

One side is dedicated to Kensington Palace, which was recently re-launched as the ‘Enchanted Palace’ including fashion installations, cabinets of curiosities, live performance and multimedia elements; while the other promotes the creative school at Hampton Court Palace.

The poster will be mailed to Members of Historic Royal Palaces and participants from previous events, while also being made available in leaflet racks across the organisation’s palaces and key information points throughout London.
