Birmingham-based Switch has launched its third website for award winning meat supplier and butcher Aubrey Allen.

Aimed primarily at the firm’s wholesale customer, the new site www.aubreyallenwholesale.co.uk aims to strengthen Aubrey Allen’s commercial customer proposition as suppliers of the finest meat to the UK’s top restaurants.

Endorsements from top chefs Chris Galvin, Raymond Blanc, the Roux brothers and local to Birmingham Michelin Star heroes, Luke Tipping, Glynn Purnell and Richard Turner help promote messages of quality, reliability and provenance that are synonymous with the Aubrey Allen brand.
