Sofa firm CSL hires Citypress for PR
Sofa retailer CSL has hired Manchester agency Citypress to manage its PR after a competitive pitch.
The family-owned company, which operates 16 stores across the north of England, has appointed the PR agency to handle a consumer and corporate campaign.
Citypress will push the Wigan-based company's "commitment to product quality and customer service" as well as its "financial stability" and family heritage.
Jason Tyldesley, CSL's managing director, said: "In our sector, a lot of companies such as Land of Leather, MFI and Courts have gone belly up and customers have lost heard-earned deposits overnight. Our financial stability and success as a family-owned company is an important message of reassurance for customers.”
Citypress MD, Charles Tattersall, added that the agency would use a mix of traditional and digital media to reach customers.
