Cheshire agency IAS b2b Marketing is enjoying international acclaim after winning four awards at the Business Marketing Association of America's annual B2 Awards.

IAS was handed one of the Top Ten Awards for excellence in the category of Marketing, Brand and Communications Strategy for its work for Veolia Environmental Services. The agency also won best Calendar Design for Veolia.

The agency's proudest achievement at the Chicago ceremony however was being awarded for Best Internal Branding Programme for a company with under 500 employees.

Managing director Rob Morrice said: "Yes, the BMA reckoned that IAS’s Total Immersion initiative last year was the best internal culture programme done by any company in the world with a staff of under 500. Personally, I put that down as one of the highest achievements of my career."

“The BMA’s B2 Awards is the most prestigious and well respected global awards scheme, so to be recognised so enthusiastically by that is a massive achievement. We’re already acknowledged as the UK’s leading B2B marketing agency and this latest set of accolades shows that our creative approach and award winning campaigns are not only holding their own in the global arena, they are setting a new standard. More specifically, the fact that our Total Immersion initiative last year was considered the best internal culture programme of any company in the world is most definitely one of my highest career achievements to date.”

The agency's own Total Immersion initiative also scooped the Best Intranet award.
