Dr. Oetker makes Amaze Chicago Town digital partner

Dr. Oetker has appointed Amaze as digital partner for its Chicago Town pizza brands following a five-way pitch.

The agency, which has UK offices in Manchester, Liverpool and London, has been briefed to work on social media, web and mobile applications for Chicago Town and its sub-brands.

And it will work alongside Chicago Town's other roster agencies, which include CheethamBell JWT for advertising, to launch a series of "one-off initiatives and micro campaigns" later this year.

Liane Grimshaw, managing partner at Amaze, said: "The team is really looking forward to fostering a long-term partnership and working together to shape the digital strategy across the Chicago Town pizza portfolio.

"We strongly advocated that the digital strategy goes beyond the big brand website and engages customers using content and applications that fuel their conversations."
