'No nonsense' for Peter Kay's antiques valuation in John Smith's ad

The second of the new campaign from John Smith’s, once again featuring Peter Kay, will see the comedian visit an antiques fair to value a watercolour painting.

Created by TBWA\London, with media planning and buying by Starcom MediaVest, the ad will hit TV screens tonight.

Gareth Turner, senior brand manager at Heineken UK, said: "We've had a terrific response to Peter's return which coincided with the General Election. With all the political wrangling of the last couple of weeks, it's time to bring a little more no-nonsense fun back to the lives of the great British electorate."
