Bluestone Events has appointed Brazen to publicise the Keswick Mountain Festival which takes place in May.

The festival gives outdoors enthusiasts the chance to pick up tips from the likes of Sir Ranulph Fiennes and BASE jumper Leo Houlding, and to try out sports activities such as WaterWalkerz - running on water in a hamster-style balloon.

Manchester-based Brazen will work to raise the profile of the festival and its events and speakers through national, regional and social media.

Brazen owner Nina Webb said: "As an agency many of us have a strong interest in the outdoors and the festival is an opportunity to celebrate the variety of activities and countryside right on our doorstep.”

The agency's team has previously worked with Bluestone Events directors Kate Thomas and Lucy Bennett on the Ordanance Survey Outdoors Show at the NEC.
