Embedding social media in your company culture is way forward says STA Travel marketing boss, Celia Pronto

During the recent judging session for the Drum Marketing Awards Celia Pronto, director of marketing at STA Travel, took the time to speak to The Drum's Richard Draycott about the advantages her company is finding by using social media platforms as part of its marketing activity and how they went about re-engineering their approach to marketing to incorporate social media channels.
