Premier Foods aims to grow sales of seven key brands including Hovis

Premier Foods, the largest food producer in the UK has set out its strategy to focus on growing marketing and driving sales of its top performing brands.

The group aims to grove sales faster than the market in a bit to reduce its debt of £1.37bn.

The sales of smaller brands such as Oxo stock cubes, Bisto Gravy and Branston pickle will also look to be expanded over the next three years.

Hovis currently accounts for one in four of every loaf sold in the UK.
