Ainsley Harriott extends product portfolio

Celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott has expanded his product portfolio of easy to cook meals with the launch of a new Amazing Grains range.

Harriott has already produced ranges for the soup, cous cous and risotto markets, but has now developed a new range of grains to give consumers more confidence to experiment in the kitchen.

Produced alongside Leeds food company Symington’s, the easy-to-prepare range includes Chilli & Lime Flavoured Quinoa & Basmati Rice, Creamy Vegetable Spelt, Wild Mushroom Bulgar Wheat, Lentil Dahl and Mediterranean Fusion Bulgar Wheat.

The launch is being supported by an integrated PR and marketing campaign handled by Cow PR, to raise awareness among the key target audiences.

Gemma Hicks, marketing manager for Ainsley Harriott, explained, “Ainsley’s dedication to creating tasty and easy to cook dishes continues and the Amazing Grains range brings what has long been considered a niche food group to the masses.
