Aintree racecourse has appointed the creative agency HÃ´me to produce a TV commercial for The 2010 John Smith’s Grand National.
Hôme is leading the field with its first campaign for Aintree, which will promote the three day meeting in April. The creative will aim to fuel the excitement and injecting glamour around the event, driving bookings via Aintree’s online and telephone channels.
Nick Jackson, director, Hôme, said: “The brief was to raise awareness of the three days of the meeting and drive both individual and corporate bookings. As a racing fan it was a great privilege to work with this iconic brand.”
The commercial will break on 22nd February on ITV1 & C4 and will be scheduled around the horseracing coverage on C4.
