Find out who has moved where this week, their musical tastes and their favourite day of the year.

Questions:

What attracted you to the position? What company did you last work for?

What was your first industry job?

How did you find your new position?

What is your favourite day of the year?

Who is your favourite TV personality?

What was the last album you bought?

SARAH ADDYMAN, SENIOR COPYWRITER, WORDSWORKS COPYWRITING AGENCY

1. I’d already developed a strong working relationship with Gareth Chadwick, the creative director at Wordsworks, through my previous position at the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) – Wordsworks is on its panel of approved copywriters. Taking the job was a no-brainer. 2. The NWDA as a Marketing Copywriter. 3. I worked for nine years as a Sub Editor before moving into copywriting. My first subbing job was as a Sub Editor for United Business Media’s Electronics Times magazine. 4. Working with Wordsworks while at the NWDA. 5. A warm and sunny one. 6. Kevin McCloud from Grand Designs, purely for his enthusiasm for what he does – although I think he can be too supportive of the people who produce yet another white interior with large windows! He studied History of Architecture, so he’s one of the few people on TV who knows his subject well. 7. Depeche Mode’s Greatest Hits. I’ve got a lot of their old albums on LP, but it’s nice to be able to listen to them elsewhere in the house, rather than just in the study where my record player is lovingly set up!

RUSS LEONARD, SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, WASH DESIGN.

1. Having a creative background, I’ve always wanted to work in an agency that was solely design orientated. 2. nFreshfield in Preston. 3. Account Executive for the in-house marketing department of Michael Page International in London. 4. Freshfield and Wash were involved in some joint ventures, the opportunity presented itself, the rest is history. 5. The Sunday of the August Bank Holiday weekend – if a day deserves beer gardens and barbeques, it’s that one. 6. Jeff Stelling – for Soccer Saturday, not Countdown. 7. 2ManyDJs, Radio Soulwax. Because I lost my first copy and it’s the best album ever.

KIM FOZZARD, ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, LIVE & BREATHE, LEEDS

1. Right place and time coupled with a desire to work in a more creative environment after years of being in repro. I also had an extremely positive feeling about the company and people. 2. Matthews Brand Solutions, Cleckheaton. 15 months as a freelance Account Executive working on Colgate and Durex. 3. Essex Colour Services – a Southend based repro company. 4. Live and Breathe urgently needed a team for a newly acquired account so Betsy at Moves contacted me, alongside my colleagues Claire Williams & Tricia Morton. Betsy not only has the obvious skill of matching people to roles but also people to people: we’ve a great little team here! 5. When the clocks go forward. It symbolises the start of so much that is positive. 6. Stephen Fry – without a doubt. He’s such a great wit with an enormous brain & just the right amount of humility: I could listen to him for hours. Oh, and Richard Hammond for the crumpet-factor! 7. I think it was a Madness compilation (not for me I hasten to add).

PAUL COSTELLO, JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, LIVE & BREATHE

1. I saw the position as a great way to gain experience in the advertising industry. 2. I worked in retail whilst at university for New Look. 3. This is my first industry job. 4. Moves recruitment contacted me about the position, they were very helpful.

5. Halloween because of it’s also my birthday, so I get presents and sweets. When the door bell rings, it’s one sweet for them and one for me.

6. David Beckham, cool in every way. Except when he speaks…

7. Florence & the machine.

KATE GREVILLE, ACCOUNT MANAGER, TANGERINE PR

1. The culture and ethics of Tangerine. 2. Brazen PR. 3. Graduate Trainee at Koan PR. 4. Through a recruitment agency. 5. Christmas Eve. 6. Jonathan Ross. 7. Ministry of Sound: Electro.

CERYS WASON, SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, TANGERINE PR

1. I really admire its hard working, ethical company approach to business, and really wanted to be part of it. 2. SASS, a brand communications agency. 3. PR intern at The Scott Partnership. 4. I saw on Twitter that they were looking for an exec. 5. Christmas Day – you just can’t beat it! 6. Cheryl Cole. 7. Paolo Nutini, Sunny Side Up.

KATE BORDWELL, PLANNER, WHITESPACE

1. Digital is exciting for planners, and Whitespace do really great work. 2. Frame. 3. Graduate summer school at Lowe London. It was a bit like Big Brother. 4. I sent them an email. 5. Every day is good, but I like Fridays slightly more than the rest. 6. Don Draper. 7. Hot Chip - One Life Stand. It's brilliant.

JO HART, SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, TANGERINE PR

1. The chance to work across a variety of high profile accounts in both trade and consumer sectors. 2. Triangle Public Relations. 3. I was a corporate communications assistant at Cadbury Schweppes for six months in between university and going travelling. 4. Online. 5. Probably my birthday, it’s only a week before Christmas so it means the festive season is upon us too. 6. Cheryl Cole – isn’t she everyone’s favourite? 7. The Temper Trap, Conditions.
