Educational product supplier Findel Education is to redefine its digital marketing strategy for eight of its brands having appointed the Manchester office of Iris to handle the brief.

The agency will now launch activity for Hope Education, Step By Step, Philip Harris, Davies Sports, GLS, AtoZ Supplies, WNW and Edco over the next six months following a six-way-pitch which will include defining a digital strategy to drive traffic, sales and loyalty to the brands.

The brief will see Iris tasked with managing the brand’s digital strategy, creative and front-end development support, search marketing including search engine optimisation and paid search, site analytics and monthly account management.

The client is looking to target all those working in an educational environment from pre-school to secondary schools including teachers, assistants and secretaries which will also involve developing tactics for reaching consumers.

Emma Markey, director of marketing at Findel Education, said: “Developing our online business is a major focus for all of our brands at Findel Education and we are really excited to embark on this challenging project with iris. As a company, we pride ourselves in leading the way in the education market and iris were a natural fit with this vision being the experts in their field.”
