NWDA seeks to create print supplier framework

The Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) is seeking to appoint printing suppliers which will deliver printing and digital printing services.

The NWDA is seeking 10 suppliers for the framework agreement which comes with a four-year contract to handle Printing and digital printing services, print finishing services, reprographic services, exhibition stands, lithographic services and bespoke printed matter.

The contract will be split into three Lots, with the contract scheduled to begin on 28 August.

The first lot will see a Print panel appointed to handle Litho & Digital of a range of high quality material, including promotional magazines, brochures and literature, and printed stationery.

The second Lot will involved colour copying - Reprographic and finishing services for a range of agency documents and materials.

The third Lot will oversee large format printing and exhibition stands which will include requirement ranges from pull up and pop up exhibition stands, large format printing and installation, including building wraps and external banners.

Between five and 30 suppliers will tender for the contract, the value of which is unknown.

Requests for documents must be made before 11 March.
