Original Source brings Mountain Mayhem for second year

The Original Source Mountain Mayhem is preparing once again to launch next month with a full above-the-line and PR push for the washing and bathing brand.

The event, which sees Original Source aligned with the UK’s biggest 24-hour mountain biking endurance race, attracts over 2,000 riders and 15,000 spectators.

Entering the second year of its three-year title sponsorship, Original Source is supporting the partnership with a full above-the-line and PR campaign, headed up by TBWA\Manchester and Staniforth\ respectively.

Activity will see Original Source branding throughout the event and across all promotional materials, branded showers installed and a sampling programme. A social media campaign providing reach to the wider mountain biking community and adventure enthusiasts is also underway.

Commenting on the partnership Nigel Wolstenholme, senior brand manager at Original Source – who will be competing once again in this year's race – said: “Mountain Mayhem is the perfect match for the brand. Original Source users are keen adventure seekers, always on the look out for a challenge and have a strong passion for the outdoors. Mountain Mayhem combines all of these factors and more. Original Source Mountain Mayhem takes place at Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire from 18th – 20th June 2010.
