Global trade credit insurer Atradius has launched a new campaign to address the changes taking place in the credit insurance market globally.

The firm appointed Cheltenham-based advertising agency Factor 3 to develop the global press and online campaign following competition from agencies in the Netherlands, France and Germany and a second stage pitch in Amsterdam.

The campaign utilises gymnastic imagery as an analogy for the confidence, strength and poise that Atradius can bring to businesses taking advantage of their credit insurance and business information.

Katie Nie, senior manager corporate communications & marketing at Atradius, said: “The campaign brief was to address the changes taking place in the credit insurance market globally, resulting from the worst recession for 60 years. The team at Factor 3 understood our brand attributes and expressed them in an impressive campaign proposal that we are now developing together.”

“As a small agency facing the challenge of succeeding in a recession, we had great empathy with the brief and I think that understanding comes through in the clarity of the campaign message” added Adrian Crane, creative director at the agency.
