The marketing communications for the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA) has been created by The Big Picture for its new initiative - ‘Age Unlimited'.

The initiative will look to motivate and assist people in their 50s and 60s to set up social and community ventures to reduce social isolation in the older population in Scotland.

The Big Picture has initially designed a poster and leaflet with the aim of raising awareness and applications, leading with the line ‘the seed of a good idea’.

Jackie McKenzie, head of innovation programmes Scotland, explained: “Scotland has an aging population, many of whom lead isolated or limited lives in their later years. ‘Age Unlimited’ is a novel way to tap into the potential of the generation just below them – many of whom have the experience and ideas to help, but not often the knowledge of how to develop these into practical enterprises.”
