A week-long awareness campaign has been commissioned by Greater Manchester Police as it looks to prevent young women falling victim to rape in the run up to Christmas.

The 'No Consent, No Sex' TV campaign, which was produced by Manchester-based television company Channel M, ran for a week at the beginning of this month and will be supported by posters and postcards running through the festive season to highlight the message.

The posters were designed by 999 Design, with media buying handled in-house by Greater Manchester Police.

Greater Manchester Police has run an awareness campaign for the last few years and chose to take the lead on this year’s campaign which will also run across other regions which will use their own regional force’s logo across the communications.

The TV advert ran on Channel 5 after the 9pm watershed.
