A marque for Michelin star chef Simon Rogan has been designed by Fudge as he works towards creating a gastronomic centre in Cumbria which opens in December.

The design was recently completed in order to be ready for the opening of Aulis Research which has the aim of creating a healthy natural cuisine which will use wild ingredients alongside some modern cooking techniques.

Gavin Bates, creative director said that the logo had been designed to be “a highly crafted, clean and contemporary marque that reflects the uniqueness of Simon Rogan’s new venture, but that also complements the family of logo-marques already created for L’enclume and Rogan.”

Rogan said “The new design sits well with the logos already produced and accurately reflects where we are going as a company and the image that we wish to portray.”
