Keep Britain Tidy has added London-based Inferno to its creative agency roster and reappointed Sheffield's Dig for Fire and Cheshire's Lake Design.

The three agencies were appointed following a six-way final pitch against Bray Leino, An Agency Called England and Brahm. A total of 160 agencies applied.

Previously Wunderman and Vivid were on the roser with Dig for Fire and Lake Design.

The three new roster agencies will work on a range of creative campaigns and publications for the Wigan-based charity over the next three years.

Ginette Unsworth, senior marketing and communications manager at Keep Britain Tidy, said: “This has been a really exciting year for us. We underwent a rebrand earlier in the year when we returned to our original name Keep Britain Tidy. Under the previous title of Encams we felt the anti-litter message had lost its way. We want to get back to our roots and campaigning is as the heart of this.

“Kirstie Allsopp became our first celebrity ambassador in a number of years in August, kick-starting our revival. The appointment of Inferno, Dig for Fire and Lake Design signals a heavier focus on marketing as we start on the road to win the fight against litter.”
