Richard Hawley's site launched by Corporation Pop

A new website for musician Richard Hawley to promote his new album Truelove’s Gutter has been created by Corporation Pop.

The site features a customised window player which allows Hawley’s fans to choose their favourite track of his to listen to whilst browsing the site while also offering in-depth information on him including a map of his musical career and his Sheffield Family Tree.

A miniature media player containing songs from his back catalogue and new released are also available for purchase on the site.

Dom Raban, managing director at Corporation Pop explained: “Richard is quite outspoken and really enjoys interacting with his fans so we were looking to create a more personal artist-fan relationship. The homepage features regularly updated musings from the man himself so fans can feel connected with him directly and there’s an emphasis on encouraging further engagement on his forum. The design is much more visually appealing, with a consistent sleek aesthetic. Navigation has also been improved, making the site much clearer and simpler to use.”

Hawley said: “I am really happy how the site has been made. Corporation Pop has done a great job. It feels a lot more representative of me and hopefully is slightly more interesting to fans.”
