Love and Alistair Sim set to go head to head today
Design agency Love and former director Alistair Sim are to meet today at an Employment Tribunal
It is understood that Sim is still fighting for a financial settlement after he left the Manchester-based design business late last year.
Sim split with the agency that he launched and built after being found guilty of assault last year, however it is believed that to date a settlement between the two parties has not been reached.
It is understood that evidence will be heard from four witnesses today - Alistair Sim, Dave Palmer, Phil Skegg and Richard Hall, who recently left Love.
The Drum is at the Tribunal today in Manchester and will report further details later.
