A new campaign for Liquid Milk, worth £7.5million, is to be developed by Kindred over the next three years.

The London office of the UK based marketing company will work on the ‘Make Mine Milk’ campaign which will use poster and press advertising alongside online media and PR to promote low fat milk brand Liquid Milk.

The campaign is being driven by the Milk Marketing Forum with support from Dairy UK, and the project has just been awarded a promotional grant of 3 million euros from the European Commission.

The campaign will run for three years in England, Scotland and Wales and the first advertisements will appear in the New Year.

Jim Begg director general of Dairy UK, said: “This activity comes at an important time for the industry, and represents a welcome revival of the promotion of liquid milk in Great Britain. I am certain that the campaign will prove a big success.”

Laura Oliphant, managing director of Kindred added: “Clients are increasingly realising the benefits of using a fully integrated agency, as we are able to deliver cost-effective, fully joined up communications solutions, and we are delighted to have won this contract. It is very exciting and strategically important win for Kindred.”
