Digital creative agency Clusta has boosted its London team with the appointment of a business development director and a non-executive director.

Scott Davis takes up the business development post after arriving from digital agency Lightmaker, where he was business development director.

He will focus on expanding direct sales - particularly in areas such as music, fashion, gaming and FMCG sectors - and growing the London client base.

Together with the agency's client services director, Katheryn Sutcliffe, Davis "will oversee the continued expansion of Clusta's new London offices," the agency said.

Gordon Paul, joining as non-executive director, will provide financial, strategic and management support in order to "optimise the agency’s business performance and lay the groundwork for sustained future growth".

Paul, a chartered account, brings over 25 years' experience running his own businesses.

Russell Townsend, managing director of Clusta, said: “Scott and Gordon’s appointments coincide with a period of rapid growth for the agency, and their joining will provide us with the additional expertise and resource to continue our growth curve.”
