Edinburgh-based-digital agency Realise has undergone a brand overhaul and is currently in the process of a repositioning strategy as it looks to move forward.

The brand overhaul was undertaken by new creative director Don Smith, and was one of the first tasks he was given when taking the role earlier this year.

His solution was a new branding and accompanying strap line ‘right brain left brain harmony’ to highlight the two services delivered by the agency.

Smith explained: “This is a company of two parts, the technical and the creative. They operate in isolation or in parallel, but they are always at their best when unified. This is increasingly proven by the work Realise is commissioned to do. The new marketing strategy that we are taking forward reflects on the linking of artists and technicians, form and function, right and left brain harmony.

“The underlying truth is that no technical application is valid without some sort of communication interface and nothing creative has a value unless it is functional – and this perfectly describes Realise’s approach.”
