Ingram joins Civic as head of client services

Civic has announced the appointment of Mark Ingram as its new head of client services.

Ingram will manage briefs for existing clients while also supporting the agency’s new and recently acquired clients.

He joins from The Ink Shop, where as centre manager and has also worked in London as content manager for The First Resort where he created online content, designed offline and online advertising campaigns and worked as part of the management team that developed the Interactive TV Channel for SKY.

Greig Tosh, managing director of Civic commented: “With his impressive commercial and advertising agency background, Mark has direct experience of campaigns for major brands such as Standard Life and Ulster Bank. He was a key part of the team on the award winning campaign for Ardbeg Whisky and has also previously been involved in the Direct Marketing Agency awards campaign.”

Meanwhile, the agency has launched a micro-site for Financial Learning Online (FLO).

Funded by The Scottish Government, FLO forms part of Adult Literacies Online family. It is a Learning Connections website geared towards helping workers and volunteers who are involved in developing and delivering financial learning projects for adults across Scotland.

The site includes video case studies (produced by MirageTV) along with downloadable resources.
