The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) has appointed Numiko to create web-based applications which it hopes will become a key part of the charity’s service.

The Leeds based digital agency will work alongside the charity’s other roster agencies to develop Flash-based tools and services as it aims to deliver compelling and easy-to-use tools as part of they charity’s overall interactive marketing plans.

Darren Navier, creative director at Numiko, said: “There’s no doubting this is an amazing opportunity to apply the agencies extensive Flash experience to an organisation that is so valuable to so many. As an agency, it’s great to be able to do all the flash games and the branded content that perhaps we are more known for. However being able to apply all those same skills and abilities for the NSPCC is personally and professional very rewarding.”

As well as the ChildLine web-services, Numiko have also been working on a series of rolling commissions to develop other content and gaming products for the NSPCC site.
