International Travel Connections appoints Amaze

Luxury holiday company International Travel Connections (ITC) has appointed Amaze to develop a digital marketing strategy across three brands.

As ITC's strategic online marketing partner, the digital agency will devise and implement the whole online strategy, including site optimisation, for ITC Classics and its sister brands Mauritius Connection and Caribbean Connection.

Amaze will also be responsible for acquisition and retention strategic planning, which will incorporate SEO, PPC and social media.

The overall objective is to grow market share, drive online revenue and affirm ITC's brand proposition as 'a leading supplier of individually tailored dream holidays'.

Work will begin with optimisation strategies across the brand sites. As one of only five Google-accredited companies in the UK and the only one in the North West, Amaze will be implementing Google Analytics across all sites along with additional analytics technology to provide a view of onsite performance and user behaviour.

Matthew Poole, e-commerce manager at ITC Classics, said: “Through our digital campaigns, we aim to engage consumers, addressing new behaviours in purchasing travel online through a variety of digital marketing techniques from SEO to social media and onsite engagement.”
