Dolphin Bathrooms launches new retail concept

Dolphin Bathrooms is today launching a new retail concept, produced by The Market Creative, which is expected to roll out across all its new stores this year.

The interior design and point-of-sale solutions are promised to provide the bathroom retailer with a more cost-effective display system and make the firm's offering easier to understand for the customer.

The first store to feature the new concept is in Ealing, London, which opens today.

Sue Benson, managing director at The Market Creative, said: “The new layout and features take the customer on a journey around the store. That journey begins with a hero set to dramatise the full offer and sell the dream, the customer is then taken through the complete buying process; from choosing a suite and tiles, right through to the toothbrush cup.”

Mark Collier, group marketing director at Homeform Group, added: “The new concept had to differentiate from the supply only market and ensure that customers leave the store with a full understanding of our fitted offer.”
