Digital agency Clusta has won an online advertising brief from LOOK, the best-selling fashion weekly.

Clusta has been tasked to produce a digital campaign for LOOK – published by IPC Media – aimed at driving traffic to www.look.co.uk where consumers can access the latest fashion and beauty content.

Clusta’s in-house 3D team used 3DS Max software to model, animate and render sought-after women’s clothes and accessories. This includes the latest must-have dresses, killer heels, luxurious make-up and decorative ribbons so they appear as if they are spilling from a laptop and flying out of the screen in the 20 second animations.

Aimed at 16-40 year old fashion-conscious females, the three dimensional animated banners will break this month on Lastminute.com and will run across relevant IPC websites throughout the year.

The digital formats will complement the current print campaign running in LOOK and other consumer fashion magazines including Marie Claire and Now.

Matt Clugston, creative director at Clusta, said: “Bringing the current print campaign to life online called for the highest quality animation and creative insight. As a result, the combination of interactive technology and high standards of digital design has produced a chic and engaging campaign.”

Tara Steadman, senior marketing manager at LOOK, added: “Clusta has done a fantastic job at interpreting the brief and bringing to life LOOK’s campaign objectives within the creative in order to maximise effectiveness. The team has been extremely professional and enthusiastic, ensuring that we have been completely satisfied throughout the development process.”
