Rapp promotes Montgomery and Bolinger

RAPP Edinburgh has announced that following the departure of Pat Norrie, managing partner in charge of creative, Colin Montgomery and Lee Bolinger have been promoted to the roles of head of art and head of copy respectively.

Montgomery and Bolinger have been tasked with managing the agency’s creative output and will be supported by Ian Haworth, chairman of RAPP in London and global chief creative officer of the RAPP network of agencies.

Montgomery is a former creative director of Citigate Smarts who joined Rapp in 2007, while Bolinger has worked at WPP agency Perspective before moving to Edinburgh to work at Draft and Navigator before joining his current agency in 2006.

The agency has also appointed Andy Tucker as a senior writer who joins from Tangible. He joins four years after leaving the company and has also worked at DDB, McCann Erickson and Morgans.
