Following the launch of newly rebranded Sheffield based agency The Allotment, it has announced the opening of a second office in London.

The new office will be based in Berkshire and headed up by John Stoddart who has held a series of senior client-side marketing roles.

The opening of the second office is another stage in The Allotment’s strategy to grow its market share. Although Stoddart will initially work alone, the agency has said that it is looking to recruit, but will run the creative and digital support from its office in Sheffield.

Nicholas Aldrich, managing director of The Allotment, said: “We are delighted that John Stoddart has agreed to join our team and we are excited about opening our second office just a month after launching our business.”

Stoddart continued: “It’s rare to get the opportunity to help create a new business from scratch and to have a significant input into its development.
