Sip to Win promotion returns at BP's Wild Bean Cafes

BP's Wild Bean Cafe is to repeat its Sip to Win promotion - developed by TBWA\Manchester - which offers customers the chance to win a trip to New York.

The promotional campaign offers customers who purchase a hot drink at the cafes a chance to win an instant reward - including £1,000 cash, thermal cups and money off vouchers - by playing a Sip to Win scratchcard.

Customers who pick up the scratchcards can also play the game online, with a chance to win the New York holiday and spending money, Senseo coffee machines and Wild Bean Cafe-branded gift sets.

Wild Bean Cafe ran the same style of promotion last November and claims the game was played more than 111,000 times, with 13,000 people registering to play online and in its cafes.

Kate Pacheco, brand manager for Wild Bean Cafe in the UK, said: "It’s always a great feeling when you can see that a promotion has really connected with the customer and we are hoping that this successful formula will work again for us in March. We want to convert this fantastic level of promotional engagement into long term brand loyalty.”

The promotion - developed in conjunction with TBWA\Manchester and Green Orange, which manages it online - launches tomorrow across BP forecourts and standalone WIld Bean Cafe Stores. It will run until 30 March.
