Clock makes senior changes as agency grows

Clock Creative Communications has announced that following several new account wins last year it has made two new senior appointments.

The North West creative agency has appointed Martin Dickson to the newly created position of design manager after two years at the agency.

Dickson joined after fives years in London where he worked in diverse roles across a range of disciplines from advertising to publishing.

Prior to that he worked at Cheetham Bell.

Dickson will be charged with managing the creative department with a focus on consistency, quality and effectiveness across Clock’s creative output.

Meanwhile, Lee Thawley has been appointed as client services director. She has joined Clock with over 16 years industry experience gained at several leading agencies including McCann-Erickson Manchester, MKP and latterly Leeds based Real Affinity.

Thawley will be work closely with the agency’s client’s to develop communication strategies and campaign activity which creatively hit the mark but also are results driven.

As a result, Ann Rimmer, founder of Clock, will take the role of creative director.

In the role of creative director she will work closely with Lee delivers results and achieves objectives.
