Hammonds launches its first campaign with Big

Big Communications has launched a new campaign for Hammonds after being appointed to handle the furniture firm's offline advertising.

The Leicester-based agency has devised Hammonds' new 'Get the look' campaign, pictured, which is currently running in national and local press, supported by literature and POS.

Big's executive creative director, Dylan Bogg, said: "The Hammonds Get the look campaign provides customers with inspiration to enable them to achieve stylish looks for their bedrooms. From the start we were keen to create a real designer appeal to reflect the values of the brand.”

Hammonds' marketing director, Claire Parker, added: "Building on another record sales year for Hammonds Furniture, this appointment, and the instigation of Get the look marks a key stage in our brand development. This distinct new platform really engages with our audience and brings to life the whole range of exciting bedroom styles Hammonds is uniquely able to offer.

"During the current trading conditions it is increasingly more important for us to communicate in an inspiring and creative way, with clearly defined brand messages in order to gain stand out in a market dominated by price discounting.”
