Watch Suzuki's ad for its new Alto small car model created by Tunbridge Wells-based Nexus/H.

The 30-second ad will kick start an integrated campaign comprising press, poster, web activity and direct mail to promote the Japanese car brand's new model.

Featuring the Blondie track 'One way or another', the aim of the campaign is to show that even though most people use their cars for functional reasons – shopping, the school run, getting from 'A to B' – driving doesn't have to be boring.

Its main theme is a game where drivers set out at 'point A' and try to find their way to 'point B' - discovering huge, colourful letters en route.

The TV ad will run throughout Europe including the main markets of Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

The press ads will appear in motoring and lifestyle titles from April and there will also be a supporting interactive website and poster activity within local markets.

Tunbridge Wells-based Nexus/H is one of Suzuki Europe's retained agencies on above the line projects and the ad was created by its creative directors Craig Roderick (art director) and Glenn Smith (copywriter). It was produced by Rebel Media of Hamburg and directed by Lino Russell.
