Chesterfield agency Phat Ideas is currently undergoing a rebrand following its hiring of a new creative director and account director.

The agency will now be known as The Allotment Agency following the appointment of Giles Mosley as creative director who joins from Dig for Fire.

Mosley will work alongside the agency’s current creative director and co-founder Justin Saynor in overseeing the agency’s creative output.

Joining Mosley from Dig for Fire is Lucie Barrass who will act as senior account director at The Allotment.

Meanwhile, Nick Aldrich, managing director explained the name change, saying: “Changing our name to The Allotment represents our team’s desire to be seen as hard working, practical and down to earth in our approach. As the credit crunch takes hold of the UK’s economy it’s incumbent on us all to look for innovative ways of delivering success to our clients, at ever lower costs with maximum effect.”
