PR agency Geronimo Communications has re-branded as Kindred following its merger with ad agency Mustoes last year.

The name change is being accompanied by a new brand identity, which was developed by the creative design department in the agency's Leeds and London offices and a new website.

The rebrand will affect all four of the agency's regional offices - in Leeds, Cardiff, Belfast and Edinburgh - and its London base.

Martin Osler, Kindred's PR director in Scotland, said: "We believe in the power of a central idea which works across all disciplines.

“Although many clients will want specific services such as advertising or PR, we know that budgets will be tighter this year and clients will want more for their money. An integrated approach to communications is often more cost effective and with Kindred we have created an agency that has the people, the skills and the experience to find the right solution to meet the communication needs of our clients and their campaigns.”

As part of the rebrand, Kindred's management structure has been reformed. Laura Oliphant, former MD of Geronimo, will become the new agency's managing director, while Nick Mustoe will be director of advertising. Also making up the senior management is Sarah Harris, director of strategy, Adam Clyne, commercial director and Richard Spencer, director of operations.
