Birmingham-based digital design agency Clusta has appointed Katheryn Sutcliffe as its head of client services.

Previously group account director at Agency.com, heading up the BT account and working across Dulux and BMW.

Her career started in-house at Sony, before moving to brand agency ATTIK and eventually stepping up to the position of account director at Glue London, where she was responsible for clients including T-Mobile and the Virgin business over a five-year period.

In her new role, Sutcliffe will be responsible for growing the Birmingham-based agency’s business in London as well as developing its current digital offering amongst key clients.

Sutcliffe said of her appointment: “Clusta is a pioneer in its field and has already created some unbelievable work. I’m proud to be part of an agency which thrives on innovation. In my current role, I will aim to ensure the agency’s growth continues and that our work is recognised across the creative and digital businesses.”
