Leeds-based marketing company, An Agency Called England, has created a white-label email marketing tool for Best Western Hotels across the UK.

England’s system has been adapted so individual owners of Best Western Hotels can utilise marketing tool, with the aim of improving communication with existing customers and introducing new ones.

Best Western represents more than 290 independently-owned hotels in the UK. The E3 system allows individual hoteliers to prepare brand-compliant newsletters, and has been incorporated into the Best Western website management system making it easy to access and straight-forward to use. It enables individual hotel owners to deliver personalised messages to their customers, and offers a number of templates in a range of colours that can then be modified.

Joanne Ogden, head of e-commerce and distribution for Best Western Hotels, said: “Off the shelf systems were unable to give us a fully-capable and compliant system. England has created a tool which is tailored to Best Western and sits within an existing and well-used platform. It’s an easy and intuitive system and meets the requirements of the hotels. The E3 system simplifies what many perceived as a ‘minefield’.”
